osTicket v1.10.1 Released (Security Update)!

The osTicket team is happy to announce a hotfix release of osTicket version 1.10.1, a maintenance release in 1.10 series.

Release Highlights

The release addresses a serious security vulnerability reported in prior versions, and also introduces a few bug fixes and enhancements.

Maintenance Releases for 1.9 Series

For osTicket users who are unable or unwilling to upgrade, we highly recommend upgrading to 1.9 maintenance release, v1.9.16. These new maintenance releases address security vulnerability affecting prior releases. These fixes have also been integrated into v1.10.1

Notice: osTicket 1.9 series is coming to end of life, it's no longer being maintained post 1.9.16 release. Users are highly encouraged to upgrade to the latest release of 1.10 series.

Upgrading your installation

If you are using an older version of osTicket, we highly recommend that you upgrade to the latest version - please refer to the upgrade guide for complete instructions. If you are installing osTicket for the first time, then simply download osTicket v1.10.1 and follow the installation guide on the wiki.
