osTicket v1.10.4, v1.11.0-rc1 Released!

The osTicket team is pleased to announce availability of osTicket, v1.10.4, the latest stable release in 1.10.x series as well as v1.11.0-rc1, release candidate in 1.11.x series.

osTicket v1.10.4 Release Highlights

The release fixes bugs and addresses potential security vulnerabilities reported in prior versions, and also introduces a host of awesome enhancements.

Upgrading your installation

If you are using an older version of osTicket, we highly recommend that you upgrade to the latest version - please refer to the upgrade guide for complete instructions. If you are installing osTicket for the first time, then simply download osTicket v1.11 and follow the installation guide.

Notice: osTicket 1.9 series has reached end of life, it's no longer being maintained. Users are highly encouraged to upgrade to the latest release of 1.10 series.

osTicket v1.11.0-rc1 Available!

We’re also super excited to announce the availability of osTicket v1.11.0-rc1 (Release Candidate 1). We consider the release to be stable enough for production use (we’ve been dogfooding it) but we only recommend it to developers.

Help us get to a stable release sooner. Upgrade a copy of your production to explore the new awesome features and send feedback our way. To learn more about these features please see our release notes.
