Hi all. I saw on the features list that you can create a ticket by phone but can't find any documentation anywhere. Can anyone tell me how this works or some docs on how to set it up?

There is no phone system integration if thats what your looking for. But staff can do:
1. Staff Answers Phone.
2. Loads Staff Panel
3. fills out ticket for customer.
4. Staff selects source: phone.
5. clicks submit, and generates the ticket.
I think more or less it is submitting ticket on behalf of someone else
