creating a ticket by phone

Hi all. I saw on the features list that you can create a ticket by phone but can't find any documentation anywhere. Can anyone tell me how this works or some docs on how to set it up?

  • There is no phone system integration if thats what your looking for. But staff can do:

    1. Staff Answers Phone.
    2. Loads Staff Panel
    3. fills out ticket for customer.
    4. Staff selects source: phone.
    5. clicks submit, and generates the ticket.
  • I think more or less it is submitting ticket on behalf of someone else
