Hi OsTicket Dev's
I would really love to be able to configure an option when closing a ticket that a "root cause" field is filled in before a ticket is closed & also be able to do some reporting on the root causes.
also having an option that when a ticket is created that there is an option that the ticket can only be closed by the person raising the ticket - probably only available in the staff control ticket raising section.
I would love to make this happen and if this is a mod I can do myself I will work towards this.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
