adressor mail or subject - who is responsible for the combination to one ticket?
I need to know what happens in the following situation:
A client writes an e-mail, I respond. After that the client writes a new e-mail witout using the replybutton.
Are those two e-mails by the client combined as one ticket? If this is possible with osTicket i won't give up and will try to get something working here (at the moment I don't receive any mails and that's why I couldn't try this issue here :mad: )
