Ticket visibility Question

Hey guys, I'm new to osTicket. It's a fantastic software. It's also equal parts intuitive and robust. That's always nice.

My one question/idea is that I'm not sure how to divide visibility of tickets. If there are 10 staff members who's responsibilities are unrelated, I'd rather they not be able to see each other's tickets. Especially to not be able to edit/close/update those tickets. Is it possible to separate this?


  • Simply assign them to different "Departments", then limit department visibility, or simply change them to "Only see assigned tickets".
