I think it would be useful (and hopefully easy to implement) if there was an option to save a copy of outgoing email messages to a folder on the mail server. This would allow the use of email clients to view incoming and outgoing exchanges without having to use the osticket backend.
Whilst osticket offers a good and complete interface for interacting with support tickets, there are users who would prefer to manage or overview email exchanges via old fashion email. Currently, you can only keep incoming emails on the mail server (by choosing not to delete them) but there is no way to save a copy of outgoing emails on the server, so sent messages can only be viewed using osticket.
I have some 'older' users who dont like changes, and allowing them to overview whats happening by seeing emails, would really help.
