Ticket reopening only as an option??
I have many tickets reopened just because the client want to give some feedback to my latest 'close ticket' reply. Most of the time are just a 'thank you for your help' sort of messages. This is a waste of time since I have to go to the ticket and close it again. It also fools the charts and superiors get to think we are closing tickets without giving a proper solution, and therefore pissing off clients.
So I am thinking why not having the ticket reopening as an option, for example as a tick box, is this at all possible?, can it be implemented?, maybe a mod?.
