Any way to know if customer has viewed our reply?
Basically is there any way for us to know if the customer has seen our reply to the ticket?
The only way is if they reply to the email generated by osT or by them logging into and posting a response in osT.
Hmm. You could align yourself with one of those evil marketing companies that put tracking pixels on things.. But otherwise no..
