I'm quite sure that osTicket can handle our needs, but I'm not sure whether it would be the right way to go and I hope to get some suggestions from more experienced users here. :)
We run a B2B online store and are a small team with only 2 - 3 people in sales/customer support, often not working from the same place/building.
Most of our mails are questions about details about products, production requests, shipping information etc.
We seldom have trouble tickets like an actual problem with a product.
There are 3 languages that we mainly use in shop and mail communication.
My goal would be to sell more and optimize selling process via email.
Therefor I'm searching for a solution which can be used online, handle several languages, images, text templates and automation whereever possible.
We've got one software for mail marketing (if everything would work from one software it would be even better, but I almost gave this hope up) and are thinking about a CRM system.
But maybe osTicket could spare us the CRM system? Or is there anyone who uses osTicket in combination with a CRM and could tell about this option?
