How to setup canned responses

I am new to osTicket. I installed osTickets an I am trying to setup a demo for the big wigs. I have most of it working but I do not see where I can setup canned responses or a knowledge base, and how users can have access to them. I have looked around but I do not see where I can do this.

Please help.

    I had problems setting up Knowledge Base at first as well. Sorry I don't remember, but Canned Responses can be created at this URL relative to your installation:

    /scp/canned.php
  • First your accounts group has to grant you access to "Can Manage Premade" check your group settings.

    Secondly once you have logged into osTicket canned responses are managed on the "Staff Panel" under Knowledgebase -> Canned Responses.
