I have installed and (hopefully) configured osTicket 1.7.1 on our webhost.
Host is IIS (7.5) PHP is version 5.3.10, MYSQL is version 5.0.83
I created the admin username and password ok, but when I go to log in to the admin portal I get a page returned with just one line "Bad Request"
No other text or error codes or anything on the page, just those 2 words.
I tried with an invalid username and password combo, and it happily tells me they are invalid and prompts me for the correct one.
If I try to open the customer portal, I get a message that the helpdesk is offline (as expected).
Any ideas anyone?
edit yes, and I created a phpinfo.php file on the site, and it returns normal looking information)
