Service Time

Hi all,

I am using osTicket 1.7.0 and would like to know how Service Time and Response Time (both are shown in the Dashboard Statistics area) are populated.

We'd like Service Time to be a fillable field by our helpdesk technicians.

Anyone have any thoughts?
