  • same thing here - me pasa lo mismo

I get the same thing. I can log in and access any section but the admin.php page.

Varta, did you solve it?

a mi me pasa lo mismo, puedo acceder a cualquier seccion menos a la pagina admin.php, alguna idea de cual puede ser el error? varta, lo resolviste?
  • helloooo..... is there anybody out there...? -/\=

please, I still can't solve the issue.

in Internet Explorer I get an HTTP 500 - Internal Server Error.

in Firefox just a blank screen.

    thanks!
  • Most of the times these things happened it was due to a server setting. Unfortunately this is not really my thing, but did you take a look at the many different topics regarding this issue with different solutions?

Perhaps it is also a possibility to do a fresh new install. This has worked for some users as well.

And more info about the server etc would be nice. Like versions, OS etc.
  • My configuration

My server is running Windows 2003 Server
    IIS with php module installed
are there any special requierements that I should consider??
please let me know if you need more info, logs or whatever

    many thanks!

    :)
  • Same Problem

I have the same problem - Server involved likely. I successfully installed osticket on an apache implementation :), but have not be able to login as admin in the new install I did with php+IIS+Mysql+osticket.

The solutions posted haven't worked - and really aren't specific enough to clearly solve the problem. I have done NO mods to the newly installed os ticket, so I don't think the 7-14-08 :D solution applies to this thread. Will this problem ever be solved ???
  • ??

Also noticed that login times in my database indicate that some type of login occured - but I am not actually able to logon. I get the 'Authentication Required' line......
  • Please add the following to a script and make sure that mod_imap and mod_mysql/mod_mysqli are installed.

    phpinfo();

Please report back with your findings.
  • Well not sure how to fin this:
I looked under 'imap' area of my info.php file and I saw is said 'imap c-client version' 2004.

mysql is installed - and I see this in my php info as well. So could you be more specific on what exactly I should report back ? Thanks!:D

  • Same problem, but solved!

    Hi Guys

I was having exactly the same problem. My hosting account is with eHosting which uses the Plesk control panel. I went in and had a look at my php settings. I don't know what it means but there is a drop down menu with two options:

Run php as "CGI" or "ASAPI". I changed it from cgi to asapi and now my osticket login works properly. However, I don't know if there are any other consequences of this change... time will tell I guess.

Maybe this will help some people to get to the bottom of the problem.

    Cheers,
    Kev
