There is no data info in Joomla

I have installed osBridge, and osTicket, but I get no date/time info reported in Joomla. Are we missing anything?

    Still an issue.
    When I 'View Tickets' it will not show the date created or other dates...

  • I have no experience with the Joomla! bridge. Are you using osTicky?

    What osTicket version do you have installed? osTicky is only built to integrate with 1.7 and 1.6, I doubt that 1.7.1 or higher has been tested; or implemented for that matter.

    We access it through a Joomla Website to reach opening and viewing the tickets.
  • My guess would be that osTicky is no built to handle osTicket 1.7.1 quite yet. You may want to contact the Dev to see if/when he plans on making it compatible or if it already is and there is an issue with the Extension installation.
  • when i register at joomla? then we cant log in in osticket? why? is that true the way to log in via osticky?
  • This thread is from 2013 and 1.7.x is on the verge of being end of lifed.
    Please contact the author of the "osTicky (is Bridge) 1.7" which is not us.
