Default Ticket Search

Make a default search not a popup window... but visible in main window
ex search by date range, by department, by team, by overdue and etc. all basic searches

popup is ok but make the search values persistent. and maybe just add a reset button.

I was thinking of of a side menu that display all available department for that user but I think a search bar that is persistent would be fine. and visible at the upper portion. currently it displays search only anyway, adding date range, department, team, user

also search keyword should have a type if it is any, message body, message subject, email, notes etc. so the search would be refined
