I have modified my OSticket so it includes CC on tickets. I would like that CC person also could reply on a ticket with an email. I'm using IMAP fetch to get the emails
The problem is that I have made all the change, in the class.mailfetch.php, so all emails with the ticket number is going in to the ticket independent of the email. But if I do this, then the email from CC will get in the ticket every time the system is checking for new emails, it's like it can't see this one have been taking, do anybody know if there is another check somewhere in the code? or a solution for it?
