osTicket v1.10 (stable) and Maintenance Release v1.9.15 are now available! Go get it now
Error: Account email doesn't match the entry
I've installed osTicket however when I attempt to open a ticket using the web form I get the error message: Account email doesn't match the entry.
Does anyone know what is causing this? I'm not aware as to what 'account' it is checking the entered email against.
