Error: Account email doesn't match the entry

I've installed osTicket however when I attempt to open a ticket using the web form I get the error message: Account email doesn't match the entry.

Does anyone know what is causing this? I'm not aware as to what 'account' it is checking the entered email against.

  • Are you logged in as client while trying to open a new ticket? The error is caused by email mismatch. e.g Client trying to open a new ticket using different email while logged in. Which shouldn't happen since the email field is pre-populated. May be scp web form?

    I had too many windows open while trying to test it and as you rightly pointed out, some were still logged in. All working fine now.
