Cannot receive email in my outlook

Hi all,

I setup [email][/email] email account in my microsoft outlook and osticket. When I using [email][/email] to send an email with subject name "testing" to [email][/email], my outlook will not receive this "testing" email but osticket is received this email.

May I know why this situation will happen and it just happen today only? Normally, I will receive an email in my outlook and osticket.

    Are you seeing any errors? (webserver logs, php logs)
    Are you seeing anything about it in your mailserver logs?
