Cannot receive email in my outlook
I setup [email]firstname.lastname@example.org[/email] email account in my microsoft outlook and osticket. When I using [email]email@example.com[/email] to send an email with subject name "testing" to [email]firstname.lastname@example.org[/email], my outlook will not receive this "testing" email but osticket is received this email.
May I know why this situation will happen and it just happen today only? Normally, I will receive an email in my outlook and osticket.
