Good day guys i need some help with the following;
1. I need to automatically expire a ticket which is open/pending longer than 3-5 days.
2. I would like to add a system within osticket so that employees can rate the IT tech on his job done , maybe add a smile for work well done and sad face for work not well done
Is this possible , could some please help in this regard
