Hi to all, we currently use Kaseya as a remote system management package to look after the IT needs of distributed users across the UK. Do you know of a similar package that you currently use that is either cheap, or better still free. As good as Kaseya is at enterprise level, it's just getting to the stage it's too cost prohibitive :(
What I need to be able to do:
Control multiple devices without mapping ports on a router via a broadband link
Bypass firewalls in a similar way to Kaseya by making the local device initiate the connection
Be able to ftp to and from the remote device
Ideally, host the software myself (I have a dedicated MS server, and virtual linux server, so either platform is fine).
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
