I currently have four tickets setup that I have been using for testing. When I sign into the client interface to view the tickets I get the error "Access Denied. Possibly invalid ticket ID" when I try to open three of the four. One of them (the oldest of the tickets) opens without any problems. None of the tickets are locked, and I have attempted to clear all of my temp data (cookies etc.), but the problem persists.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
