Hi,
I have some problems enabling the premade replies.
I have created three premade replies for frequently asked questions and wanted to enable them...but everytime I selected them and pushed the "enable" button the ticketsystem deselected them and said "0 of 3 premade replies enabled". If I select none i get a popup saying "you must select at least one premade reply".
Is there someone who solved this problem or even has this problem?
