Hello again,
I just realized how useful it would be to be able to sort by "From" and "Subject" in the tickets.php view thanks to Tonyb and his sorting suggestion/addition (here).
THIS MOD ELABORATES ON (THIS THREAD)
so the line numbers may not be correct and you may see things not in the original code but I have confidence you can find where to put the code!
Without further ordure (remember: use the previous lines to find where to add/replace code):
/include/staff/tickets.inc.php (~line 140)
endif;
//I admit this crap sucks...but who cares??
// *** Addition by webPragmatist (Sorting)
$sortOptions=array('date'=>'ticket.created','ID'=> 'ticketID','pri'=>'priority_urgency','dept'=>'dept _name', 'ass'=>'username', 'from' => 'name', 'subject' => 'subject');
// *** End addition by webPragmatist (Sorting)
/include/staff/tickets.inc.php (~line 329)
