i need your help for setting attachment. admin attachment is ok, but when visitor open a ticket with attachment, osticket said "OK" but there is nothing in the folder.

Are you sure the file that you are trying to upload has an allowed extension? In the Admin Panel you must specify which file types are allowed (see Accepted File Types).
