This was working fine last week, but using the osticket system this morning, I have discovered a problem. When a new ticket is created, or an existing ticket amended, and the user replies to the auto-generated email, their reply does not get added to the relevant tickets, but created a DB error email instead, containing the following information:
Incorrect string value: '\xC2\x0APURC...' for column 'message' at row 1
I'm fairly new to all of this, so it's a bit of a learning curve, but could anyone point me in the right direct as to why this has started happening, when it was all fine last week?
