Emails sent to my ticket installation, may contain letters like æ ø and å. If such an email is received, osticket for some reason discards the entire email, after the first occurrence of one of these letters.
I.e, a user sends an email that say: "Hello, I have æ a problem".
In the situation above, osTicket will only deliver an email that says "Hello, I have ". What's causing this, and more importantly, how can I fix it?
I tried playing with different charsets on the mysql database, but that had no effect, what so ever.
