Hi Everyone,
I have attempted to send an email through outlook and apple mail to my ticketing system with an attachment, however, it does not work. I have been able to attach documents to tickets through the web interface, and I can send documents to customers through the ticketing system, just not receive them... any suggestions?
Also is there any way yet for us to be able as admins to send replies to tickets? It seems like it should be straight forward, but I have no idea...
