Are you sure the system is doing this? Because I have closed tickets which are older than 5 months and they are not deleted.
Which version are you using?

I am using the latest version. I actually don't know for sure that they are auto pruning yet however in the admin section it states that it will auto assign a re-opened ticket to the last respondent (3 month limit) that was the indicator I used to determine that this would happen. However I am coming to the 3 months this month so Ill wait to see.
If tickets are never closed it will just fill up the hard drive, Is there a pruning feature at all that I am not seeing that gets rid of old tickets after a certain period of time? And if so where is the code that will allow me to change that to what I want it to be? This really should be built in.
