Sorry for this newbie post, but i don't find any answer to my problem.
I want to use this great tool in my company.
The idea, was to have a business team of 5 people that send e-mail with technical question (computer technology) to make the correct proposition to our customers.
We are two technical sales representative and we have an alias mail for our two e-mail.
Is this possible to directly receive the request e-mail of business team in the tool to create assimilate ticket or eventually directly generate a ticket for each request mail?
I think we must associate osticket with our alias mail but how can i do that?
I hope this is possible, because the business team don't want to use the web portal to make their request.
