Is is possible to receive a notification (as for the new ticket) also when the user add new comments/information to his ticket?
I made several tests but I didn't find a solution, is this possibility not implemented (using 1.6.rc4).
New Message Alert in the admin panel will give you a few options of where to start. If you want it to send to the administrator specifically, you will have to modify your code. If you need help in that, let me know.
I have the email notification working but is there a way to visually indicate on the screen that a new message is pending for a ticket?
