i have some email issue please help
i have SUSE 10 ES SP2
my ostickets working just fine locally but i have problem with email opened tickets.
1) if i have an opened ticket the new one is not appears in list until i closing the opened one.
2) it can take to ticket up to 1.5 hours to appear (in email configuration checked make check every 1 minute.
3) i cant find any SMTP server configuration and as result i don't receive email notifications.
please help
