Hi All,
I installed osTicket some time ago and have been using it in web-only mode, no email. I now want to change things up a bit and want to start using the email POP3 ticket support. I'm configuring that now and have run across an odd problem.
I have autoresponse turned on so that the user who sent in an email will get a response stating that a ticket has been opened for them. The auto response works, but for some reason it is always sent to a gmail address of mine, regardless of the email address that opened the ticket.
I, as the admin, get a notification that a new ticket has been opened, and the user's notification gets sent to my gmail account.
I know that I must have put my gmail account into osTicket somewhere in order for this to happen, but I cannot find it. I have looked through every page in the UI as well as looked at every setting in the database itself and I cannot find any reference to my gmail address anywhere. I've even grepped every file in the osTicket directory and had no luck
Can someone tell me where to look to figure this out?
Thanks
Jon
