Update a ticket?

Hello,

i am very new to osTicket, i think its great.. recently i had a problem,..

i don't know how to update a ticket details, such as name, phone and emails..
suppose a staff enter an invalid ticket.. how can it update it.. and reenter tha valid information.. i looked up but didn't found the option.

is it allowed also to modify a staff (reply) ?

    Not supported at the moment.

    Not supported. Since the reply is already sent to the client I think a better option is to append a correction to the ticket thread instead.
  • oh, so bad that its not supported yet ! .. i think its a necessary task!
