Is it possible to have different templates for different departments?
Case in point - I have the need to accept email tickets from sources outside my internal network as well as tickets generated internally. The OS ticket web server is only available to internal network users.
The auto-response templates that get sent out to those external sources contain the IP address of the internal OS ticket server - which they will be unable to get to anyway.
The external requests are configured for a different department than the internal requests.
I would just like a separate template sent to external customers which does a basic acknowledgment of receipt of their support request without the option to login to check status.
