Hello!
Great software, just one minor/major issue that I've encountered... I've been testing various email clients and have noticed that outlook express version: "6.00.2600.2180 (xpsp_sp2_rtm.040803-2158)" emails sent to osticket (through a pipe as outlined below) will always have the default priority.
emailing 'emergency@domain.com' from any other client (so far) will correctly cause the ticket to have the highest priority, sending the same email from outlook express will create a ticket with the default (normal) priority.
I have so far tested in OS X Mail, gmail, yahoo mail, msn live mail, outlook 2003... they all work fine...
the pipe is setup (using dreamhost) using a .forward.postfix with the standard pipe line in it
"|/home/path/to/api/pipe.php"
pipe.php contains
#!/usr/local/bin/php -q
<?php
which is correct for the server (seeing how it's working).
the emails are all forwarded to a single address on the server in the format
@.dreamhost.com
i repeat again, all three email addresses i have configured (emergency@, support@, question@) work PERFECTLY using any other email client I have tested...
It is (so far) ONLY outlook express that is causing a problem.
Any help anyone could provide would be a god-send...
