I have just downloaded and installed OsTicket to use as my support system. The installation went fine but now if I try to set a Fetch Freqency in the Email Config I get a blank screen when I submit the form.
I have re-uploaded the OsTicket files with no change.
Can anyone help please?
Do me a favor and turn on error reporting. Then try and submit the form.
File /main.inc.php and find
ini_set('display_errors',0);
ini_set('display_startup_errors',0);
Edit that to
ini_set('display_errors',1);
ini_set('display_startup_errors',1);

Thanks for your hands-on reply.
I turned on error reporting as you instructed. Now when I submit the form the admin.php file decides to download to my PC instead of submitting.
Its a Linux server if that makes any difference.
Are the error_logs saying anything? Is that only page doing that?

I manageed to get error reporting working and found that there was a PEAR package missing on the server.
The ISP installed it for me but I continue to have problems. When I try to update the email settings, specifically the Fetch Frequency and press submit I get a blank screen for admin.php even with error reporting on.
