I have setup osticket on my local web server and trialled it from internal hosts - all is working well.
We access it using http://internal.domain/osticket(http://internal.domain/osticket) as the URL.
I now want to make it available for external access so that outside users (both customers & staff) can access it using http://external.domain/osticket(http://external.domain/osticket)
I have the router configured correctly to forward the http requests to the server, but as soon as I connect externally, osticket changes to the URL to http://internal.domain/osticket(http://internal.domain/osticket) which of course is meaningless to external users & this fails. I assume this is coming from the "Helpdesk URL" setting in the configuration.
Is it possible to configure osticket to support access using both internal & external URLs ?
