Email a ticket

When a user creates a support ticket I dont see a email or the ticket unless I login to the admin section.

Is there anyway to recieve a email when a new ticket is posted?

  • Log in to the admin panel and under settings, find the section for "Alerts & Notices". Check the appropriate ones.
  • i checked em all! but still cant get a mail about that ticket
  • Have you tried a simple mail script to make sure that the php mail() function is working?
