Access Denied to Tickets.
Ok. Hooray. I finally solved something. Alright I used a Fantastico install with my host company - which normally is wonderful. But in this case their version of OSTicket that the fantastico was installing was quite old.
So therefore I was getting that error of "Access Denied" when a user would go to check their ticket online. So another words if you are getting this, make sure you are installing the latest version of OSTicket which can be downloaded from this site.
It really wasn't about cookies, as I tried it on another machine. Also did not need to reconfigure the php.ini file or work on permissions.
All one needs to do is download your latest manual download. And follow your very thorough and well written directions within your Wiki. What a pleasure to have such clear information!!
