Thanks for this AMAZING SCRIPT.
It becomes very confusing to look for right ticket to reply, in the list of opn tikects. I guess 4 status marks for each ticket will be best:
1. Awaitng Cx reply
2. Cx reply
3. Answered
4. Resolved
When a cx replies or append a new message, it should be marked as "Cx reply" automatically. Rest stats can be marked thru control panel.
Anybody ready to take the challange?
