we expecting a problem (encoding maybe??) just on email, but only on all email in french language:
We test the system on this way:
1) i send an email to: support@mydomain.com
2) in subject : "Problème éssaie"
3) in body: "test éà"
when we go on ticket in staff pannel, the ticket show:
Subject "Probl?me ?ssaie"
Body: "test ??"
All French character like "ààçé" as remplaced by "?" ...
If we reply or if we add an internal notes with french accent, everything work fine..
Somebody help me ?
