I'm doing something wrong, I think.
I am trying to setup different "departments"
with each dept. having it's own "user" (rep?)
and each user is only able to view those
tickets submitted to its department (category?)
If this can be done what are the steps?
What is the relationship between user groups,
representatives and categories to achieve this?
I have tried and I get to the point that I either
see everything or if I only see the ticket in the
category- I am unable to access the ticket (access denied)
I would appreciate the help!
