Thnaks for responding Corey. I have tried various paths including the full domain etc, but kept getting error messages. In the end, when doing the setup I placed a folder called docs within the scp folder, and this is the full path that worked with setup
'' ..../scp/docs''
I am not aware of how to use the php script that has been listed in the forum to try and obtain the full path. If you could help with a couple of answers and maybe I can figure it out??
Do I create a folder within the directory where I have installed OS ticket? Or do I create a folder outside the directory?
The PHP script referred to in other posts regarding attachments state that I should just copy this script and then run it in the browser. I think I uderstand, but am unsure of some aspects. Sorry if I sound thick, I am a bit of an internet virgin.
Do you create a new php file, and then call it ??????. I then copy this script provided in this forum into this ned file called ????? and place it within the folder I created???
When I run it in my browser should it read
http://www.mydomain.com/helpdesk/scp/docs/?????.php(http://www.mydomain.com/helpdesk/scp/docs/?????.php)
I hope you understand what I am trying to ask. If not please dont hesitate to ask again and I can try and elaborate.
In answer to your second question. I have not received a confirmation of the succesful upload of the attachment.
The php code I refer to is in a post previously answered by you.
You need to use the full path.
Make a PHP page with this on it:
PHP Code:
<?php
echo $_SERVER;
?>
Open it in your browser. This will give you the full pat
Hope you can help
