System Emails Not Working Reliably
We are experiecing an extreme delay from the time a user opens a support ticket to the time they receive the system email. In some cases if our support team responds to a ticket within the first hour or two of it being opened the client will receive our response email prior to receiving the new ticket opened confirmation.
Is this a problem with our server? Is there anything we can do to work around this issue?
