Hey peps,
I installed and configure osTicket to my liking and it seem to work wonders, but can figure out how you can get auto mailed (cronjob?) when a new ticket arrives to the "ticket" email, I have set the POP3 access to the email account but I only receive new alerts when I log in through the administration panel.
So basically, how do I set up so osTicket so the system emails a specific email or administration email (support) when a new ticket arrives without having to log in? I thought that "Fetch Frequency" was it but I think I have to setup an cron job with my server too, right? I tried cron.php but it just gives my errors.
