Hey Everyone,
I am at a loss - i can not seem to get email attachments to be recognized in OS Ticket. I can successfully use the web based client and admin interfaces and upload attachments that way, but doing it through email is something we kind of need. I have done the following;
1) Set the attachment directory in the scp folder, made sure it was writable to 777
2) When this didnt work i tried it outside of scp, writiable still to 777, still no luck
3) Made sure "Allow Email Attachments" was checked, unchecked, rechecked and such numerous times
4) Installed a FRESH version of OSTicket in a different folder and tried that, still no dice
The email files are just being lost... they are not uploading to the database and are not in the attachments folder. I am out of patience and options. Is there anything i am missing or something in a file i may need to alter? i am using email piping
