Hi. I've been following and reading the post and thanks to most of you I was able to setup and fix issues without any assistance. But I didn't find a post for an issue I am experience now. I've setup all my POP3 email accounts and autoresponders that will be used etc...
I wanted to try use an existing CONTACT FORM that was currently posted on my website to have it forward any submitted information sent directly to my support ticket system. The test did prove successful, however, I now keep getting the same test message over and over and over again? It only stop when i am not in the OSTicket System. As soon as I log back in, the email bounces start up and I keep getting new ticket creations and then the autoresponder information soon follow?
I don't understand why or what setting may be causing me to receive continious bounces from this one email address out of 6 that I set up?
Can someone give me some insight or advice on what you think may be going wrong on my end? Look forward to a quick reply, ultimately a quick fix! :)
