Ok I am running on a CPanel dedicated server. My web www firearmsrecordpro com I sucessfully have setup osTicket but have not done any real modifications. I did some test after install and the email the is sent after I reply to a ticket offers customer to log in or reply via email. Well when that happens the email gets sent direct to my PC thus not reposting to original ticket. Then I back to basically email support rather than ticket based.
I have full control over my server and email account I can setup additional ones if needed.
Question #1 is how can I have it where the have to either log in to reply to ticket OR if they reply to the eMail it gets posted to osTicket. That way we do not start a ticket and next thing you know were emailing each other.
Question #2 How can I change what the out going reply mail say respond here of we cannot get their replys back via email to use the osTicketsystem.
I assume that response could be edited to say Please log back in DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL as Its Autosent
Question #3 I have attachments working for the customer I tested it however is there a way for me to attach file as a Admin/Staff as I reply back to the customer?
