Ok I used the instructions on setting up piping for cPanel 10 so here is what I did I went to cPanel -- Mail Manager -- Forwarders Selected to have support@firearmsrecordpro.com forwarded to "|/home/firearm1/public_html/support/api/pipe.php"
I Saved this setting the FTPed to my server and CHMOD to 764
Next I went to support Admin -- Preferences -- Checked -- Piping and saved.
Next thing I did a test support from customer side and responded via admin. Checked my emails and everything fine so I replied to email received email back that it was Added to ticket
Next I received a reply at support@firearmsrecordpro.com New Post was added and the got over 3000 Error API emails that said

I tested this with checking and unchecking Delete Fetch Messages in the admin panel and still thousands of emails with in a few minutes.
I am at a loss here it looks like its trying to work except the numerous extra emails I am getting. Its properly adding to tickets I even tried just emailing the support@firearmsrecordpro.com it setup a ticket properly. Its also sending an initial email to support@firearmsrecordpro.com to let me know there a new ticket or reply. But everything I have tried it still throws out the API Error Emails. It does not matter if I am logged in the osticket admin or logged out the emails still come through. I tried every scenario I could think to resolve it buthing except turning of the forwarder and removing checked box for email piping stopped the excessive email.
Ant help possible is greatly appreciated
